The Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator [MBTI]

The Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator [MBTI] is the most widely used, researched and respected instrument for understanding personality differences. It is based on the psychology of Carl Jung, one of the most brilliant minds of the 20th century. The MBTI enables Jung’s theory of Psychological Type to be used in everyday life.

The MBTI helps us identify our unique gifts and enhances the understanding of ourselves. This reveals our motivation, natural strengths and potential. It also helps us understand people who are different to us. As the MBTI explains basic patterns of human functioning it is used for a variety of purposes from ‘individual development and growth’ to ‘applications in business and marketing’. Over 3.5 million indicators are administrated annually worldwide and it has been translated into more than 30 languages.

As practitioners of the MBTI we, at Chameleon, can vouch for its effectiveness and would recommend it to you; it’s a truly liberating tool.
